Overview
By default, maps use the basic, "Editor can authorize" functionality. A Map Manager can enable "Governance mode" at the Map level, which then applies the fully compliant, multiple stakeholder authorization cycle when changing and publishing maps. It also allows requesting an acknowledgment from end users that they have seen and understood the new processes once they have been published.
