To add, manage or delete tags you need to have the Editor role in the Space
Overview
Any editor in the space can manage the list of tags available for requirements, stories, URL library links and reference model nodes. Go to Space Settings and select "Customizations" in the left-hand menu. Additionally, you can add new tags in the Metadata Dictionary by navigating to the Assessment section in the right panel. Enter a valid tag name without spaces or special characters, adhering to formatting guidelines like camelCase (e.g., "CustomerDataTag"), and then proceed to add the tag.
Tags cannot have spaces and any special characters like ! £ # $ % etc. For instance, it is recommended to use camelCase for naming tags (e.g., "CustomerDataTag" instead of "Customer Data Tag!").
TIP You can run a tags report finding out where a certain tag is being used across the Org. Understanding these workflows in the Metadata Dictionary can help streamline tag management and ensure better organization of metadata. To manage renaming of an existing tag, check the Space Settings under the Customizations tab. Note, renaming directly in the Metadata Dictionary via the Assessment panel is not supported. Always refer to Space Settings guidelines for such changes.
