Registering with Elements takes only a minute, but the time saved when using the software is counted in weeks. With this article, you will learn how to start this journey.

Prerequisites

  • Email address for account registration and verification (for self-registration)

  • Elements Managed Package in your Salesforce Org (for provisioning users from Salesforce)

Different ways to register with Elements

If you are a new use within an existing Elements.cloud customer, you may have been provisioned and/or have Single Sign On setup. If that is the case,

If you are a Salesforce employee, you can click on your OKTA tile. (note - there may be a temporary need to register first for a free account, and then click on the tile).

In any case, you can create your free account directly from our registration page.

Registration prerequisites

  • First name and last name

  • Email address (your Elements username)

  • Role (how you see your role in your organisation)

  • Password (needs to have at least one capital letter and one number)

  • Agreement to our Terms of Service

Naming your first Space

Upon successful verification and on your first login, you will be asked to name your Space and choose if you would like to:

  • use the (Playground Space - Fully functional space for training, but cannot share or copy any work product from this space)

  • Find out if there are Spaces within your Organization and get invited to them. (you will need to ask an existing user to invite you)

  • create a Space

And voilà! You are good to go :)
