Different ways to register with Elements

If you are a new use within an existing Elements.cloud customer, you may have been provisioned and/or have Single Sign On setup. If that is the case,

If you are a Salesforce employee, you can click on your OKTA tile. (note - there may be a temporary need to register first for a free account, and then click on the tile).

In any case, you can create your free account directly from our registration page.

Registration prerequisites

  • First name and last name

  • Email address (your Elements username)

  • Role (how you see your role in your organisation)

  • Password (needs to have at least one capital letter and one number)

  • Agreement to our Terms of Service

TIP If you are having any issues registering or verifying your username, please contact us at support@elements.cloud.

You will be in your default "Personal free space" on registration

Upon successful verification and on your first login, you will be within your personal free space which allows you to create diagrams, but with AI augemented generation, Business Analysis agents, access to templates and the new free Agent Designer capabilities.

If you would like to create a new space, you can do so, and request a trial of the paid capabilties. If you would like to access Configuration Mining and apply it to an aspect of your own Salesforce Org, you will need to engage with Elements directly and we can help you experience this Enterprise level capability directly

You can use your personal Playground space that every user has access to. This has full functionality including the ability to connect to Salesforce Dev/Trial orgs to experience the metadata analysis, documentation and management capabilities, but this is literally a "Playground". You cannot use this for real work, collaborate with colleagues, copy any content to or from it.

Access existing spaces

  • Select "Manage Spaces" (top right of your screen in the main Elements app) to see the list of spaces you are already a member of

  • If your organization has Corporate Management implemented, you should find that you have been automatically added to specific space(s), assigned and your rights provisioned. If this is not the case and you would like this policy to be implemented, please make sure your nominated internal Elements System Admin understands your requirements in the context of Corporate Management. If you cannot find who that is please contact use using the chat icon inside elements

  • If you cannot see the spaces you expected to be part of, you will need to speak to your colleagues and get invited to them. (An existing user will need to invite you if the Corporate Management policies and provisioning have not been set up)
