A trial with your own org data is the most effective way to understand how Elements can deliver the results you need. It’s not “how great” the capabilities of Elements.cloud are – but how effectively it helps you solve the challenges you are facing and accelerate time to value for the solutions you are building.
By default, if you have registered with Elements already, you will be active within your "Personal Free space". While this allows you to build powerful AI augmented diagraming, and to design and build Agents with "Instruction generation" as a core capability, the free space delivers only a fraction of the benefits of the full Elements platform.
To get hands-on with those capabilities, a no-obligation trial is the fastest way to experience the value in your specific situation and landscape.
Next steps
Set up a call with one of our experts to set up your trial to understand the most relevant value out of it.
The more specific background and use cases you can provide, the better we can help you accelerate your learning curve, but we understand if you’re exploring too.
If you decide this is not for you, or the timing is not right, there are no obligations. The catch-22 is that without running the trial, it’s very hard to know. So let’s get going!
If you want to explore the Enterprise capabilities without a trial, every user has a "Playground space" where you can experience the Enterprise capabiltiies, though they are limited to connecting to Salesforce Dev/Trial Orgs. While this can show you the capability, it is not meaningful to understand the power and insights you get when applied to your real-world Salesforce Org. This space also cannot be used for "real" work, shared with anyone or copied to working spaces. For these reasons, we only recommend this space for "playing", training on the Elements Academy or exploring. see "Explore...Playground" section below
Trialing the product as a consultant
Trialing the product as a consultant
If you are a consultant, we can recommend one of two ways for you to explore the product.
Request a trial - We will support you in a time-limited trial to understand your use-cases with no obligation.
Explore the Enterprise capabilities in your Playground space - All users have access to a "Playground space" with full enterprise capabilities. It is not time-limited, but you can only connect to a Salesforce Dev or Trial Org. Note that you cannot copy any work product to other spaces and share or collaborate with any other users. For avoidance of doubt....DO NOT USE YOUR PLAYGROUND FOR ANY REAL WORK!
Request a trial - Use this to connect to and prove the value of Elements on your own production or Sandbox Orgs

As part of the trial, you will be given a trial workspace which you can use to test the functionality of the product and collaborate with your colleagues.
The trial space should not be used for a client project, as it cannot be then turned in a consulting space later on. It is a time-limited space that is perfect for connecting a development, trial or your own Salesforce org and testing related capabilities.

Explore "Enterprise" capability in your personal "Playground" space (All users)
Explore "Enterprise" capability in your personal "Playground" space (All users)
Every Elements user has both a personal "Free space" and a "Playground space" which has Enterprise capabilities enabled. The purpose of the Playground space is to allow you to explore on demand, at any point of your journey with Elements. The Playground space:
is not time limited
is restricted to connecting a Development Org or Trial Org only
is personal and unique to each user, meaning it cannot be shared with other users (it cannot be used to collaborate with others)
The visual "Configuration Mining" capability is not enabled on the Playground space. Since it needs to be applied to your real Org (sandbox or production) to get the most value, if you wish to explore this capability, set up a call with one of our solution engineers to get this enabled in a free trial for you.
When you self-register to Elements you will arrive in your own personal "Free Space". If you have been provisioned within a corporate environment, you may already have been allocated access to a Professional, Enterprise or Consulting space by default. If you do not see any other spaces than "[yourname's] workspace" and "Playground", but you know there are workspaces that your colleagues are operating within, contact them to make sure they either
Invite you to the space (and the content within it)
find out who is responsible for Corporate Administration on Elements internally (engage with Elements via the chat icon or success@elements.cloud if in doubt)
Get them to understand that they can setup Corporate Admin to have all users in your domain provided with default access to specific spaces. (Details here)
