Copying maps with the associated internal documentation, images and data tables, stories, requirements, and links to external documentation

Note: You cannot copy maps with change records to a Free Space. Also, you cannot copy maps with change records from a trial space.

Select the map from the maps page to copy a map, and click the Copy map button in the right panel.

Name the map as desired and select the destination Space to copy it to. Copy attached stories with the map by selecting the check box 'Include linked changes records'. A notification of the copy operation will be received once completed.

Also, if a map has a published and draft versions you can choose to copy either the draft or the published version of the map. While the copying takes place, you can continue working on the original map and do not have to ensure that everyone is logged out of the map.

You can also copy a map while viewing it in the diagram editor.

To do so, navigate to the toolbar and select the "Copy" button. Then follow the same steps as above to copy into your selected space.
