If you have multiple Spaces, it might be frustrating at times to constantly have to switch to the one where you are doing most of your work right now. You can designate any Space as your 'default' one. That means that when you log in, by default that is the Space you are in when you start.

Prerequisites

  • Registered and verified Elements account

Make Space default

  1. Make sure you are in the main Elements application. It is the one with the menu on the left hand side that allows you to navigate to different features. You will also notice the name of your Space at the top.

  2. Click on the "Change space" dropdown in the top right part of the toolbar. Then select 'Go to Space list' from the dropdown.

  3. Select the Space from the list you wish to make your default one.

  4. In the details tab, find the 'Make default' text button.

  5. Click on 'Make default' to make the Space your default one when you log in.
