Using tags to mark process maps allows users to quickly find tagged diagrams or grouped maps with a shared tag and manage the processes stack more easily than before.
โ€‹
โ€‹TIP Tags are available both for Processes and Architecture diagrams.

Prerequisites

  • To tag a map you need to be a map Manager or Owner

  • To remove a tag you need to be a map Manager or Owner

Adding and removing tags for a diagram

After selecting a Process or Architecture diagram you can find a Tags field in the right-hand side panel in the Details tab. The field is placed under the Description field. To add a tag you need to start typing and either select from the list that will display already created tags or finish typing the tag name and add it.

To remove the tag, you should click on the 'x' sign next to the tag in the Tags field. After selecting this sign, the tag will disappear from the field.

Searching for tagged diagrams

To quickly find tagged diagrams or grouped maps with a shared tag, please navigate to the top of the screen while being in the Processes or Architecture part of Elements.cloud platform. There you can find the Tags search bar, where you type in the tag you would like to search your diagram stack for, and then hit enter. You will be presented with a list or grid view of maps with the desired Tag.
