If you are using Salesforce, then you might also consider setting an auto-login flow.

If you use identity providers like Okta, Azure or Google then you might also consider setting the SSO.

How to make diagrams searchable via the extension

Once you have published your diagrams, select the map which contains the diagrams you want to make accessible to your end-users. Select the "Management" tab in the right panel and click "Open map management".

You will see the hierarchical diagram structure of your map. Use the dropdown on the toolbar to change from the "Draft tree" (the default view) to "Published tree".

You will see a hierarchical diagram structure of your published map. Select a diagram and open the "Settings" tab in the right panel. Switch the toggle to make that diagram searchable via the Chrome Extension.

All diagrams automatically inherit this setting from the parent diagram. This means that as you make the top-level diagram searchable via extension, all children diagrams become searchable as well.

You can change inheritance settings by going to any child diagram and switching the toggle shown below.

Searching and viewing diagrams in the browser

To start using the on-demand diagram help, just click on the extension icon in your browser toolbar.

Use the search tool to find diagrams. The search tool looks at diagram names & descriptions to help narrow down the results. You can hover over a search result to see its description.

When you click on the search result, it will pop up a modal window over your current browser window.
