How to generate business requirements
You can generate requirements in three ways:
a. Right-click on a single activity
In edit mode, right-click on any activity box.
Select "Generate business requirement" from the context menu.
The system creates a requirement using the activity’s label as the Summary field.
💡 If custom fields are required on your business requirements, a modal window will appear prompting you to fill in those fields before proceeding.
b. Right-click on multiple selected activities
Select multiple activities (using Command+click on Macbooks or Ctrl + click on standard computers ).
Right-click and choose "Generate business requirements" from the context menu.
Each selected activity will generate an individual requirement with a prefilled summary.
c. Use the diagram-level options
Open the right-hand panel for the entire diagram.
In the Changes tab, click the new "Generate change records" button.
Choose "Business Requirements" (as opposed to the existing “User Stories” AI option).
This creates business requirements for all activities in the diagram.
