When you have connected Elements space with your Salesforce Org and you have completed the sync, you can get a view of the analytics for your Salesforce Org. This covers the core platform and any managed packages you have chosen to be synced.
You can open the Salesforce Org Analytics either from the list of your Org models or from the particular Org model. In the first case, just click on the button in the right panel of the selected Org model; in the latter case click on the launch button in the top right part of the Org model screen.
The analytics page will open in a new browser window.
In order to cope with very large Orgs with lots of data we only render one chart at a time on a page. Use the outline on the left side of the screen to quickly navigate between different charts. The currently displayed chart and section of the analytics to which it belongs will be highlighted in blue.
Salesforce Org Analytics displays the following data (click to learn more):
- Org's summary data and trends
- Org Documentation for standard and custom objects
- Breakdown of users by profile and permission sets
- Number of records by objects
- Number of custom fields in standard and custom objects
- Process builder flows in objects
- Report and email template last used
- GDPR categorization (this is the same chart you can find in the Ref model list)
You can also export your analytics into a single PDF file to share with your coworkers. Click on button "Export to PDF" in the top panel. When the PDF has finished generating (the time to generate the file is dependent on the size of your Org) you will be able to download it from the notifications icon.
