Not all browsers work with underlying components or display in quite the same way, so for you and your team to have the best Elements experience, we recommend you use one of the supported web browsers.

  • Registered account at Elements.cloud

Supported internet browsers

We support the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Latest version is fully supported and we recommend it for the best performance.

  • Microsoft Edge. The latest version is fully supported

  • Firefox: Latest version is fully supported.

  • Safari: Not currently (fully) supported. It works well, but there are some quirky edge cases. We strongly suggest that Mac users work with Chrome.

iPad/iOS

iPad is supported for viewing and adding comments. Smartphone access for registration and view mode is supported.

  • Google Chrome (latest version)

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

  • Safari (not currently fully supported)

Android tablet

Android tablet is supported for viewing and adding comments. Smartphone access is supported for registration, admin, and view mode.

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

Update your web browsers

It is generally a best practice to keep your web browsers updated to the latest version to ensure that any webpage you visit will render properly for you.
