How to Unsuspend Your Implementation

Step-by-step guide to reactivating a suspended Elements.cloud implementation and refreshing your Salesforce org token.

Overview

If your Elements.cloud implementation has been suspended, you can reactivate it at any time before it is permanently deleted. This article walks you through the steps to unsuspend your implementation and reconnect your Salesforce orgs.

Step 1: Select Your Implementation

Navigate to the Metadata section in the left-hand navigation menu, then select the Salesforce Orgs tab.

You will see a list of implementations. Click on the suspended implementation to highlight it. A details panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 2: Reactivate the Implementation

In the right-hand details panel, click the reactivate icon (the circular refresh/restore icon) at the top of the panel.

This will begin the process of unsuspending your implementation.

Step 3: Refresh Your Salesforce Org Token

Once your implementation has been reactivated, your connected Salesforce orgs will show an Expired refresh token status. You will need to reauthenticate each org.

For each org listed, click the Refresh hyperlink next to the "Expired refresh token" message. This will prompt you to log in and reauthorise the connection to that Salesforce org.

Repeat this for each org until all orgs display an Up to date status.

All Done!

Once all your orgs show "Up to date", your implementation is fully reactivated and ready to use.
