As a consultant you decide how you want to bill your clients for the use of the Elements software.

There are 3 ways to bill clients:

  1. You get the client to pay for the licenses and deal directly with us. This does not change your relationship with them to deliver your services. If you have a Consulting License

  2. You pay for the licenses and charge the customer.  At the end of the project the client will then need to continue to pay if they want to access the services at the same level.

  3. You pay for the licenses but charge the customer a monthly retainer which covers licenses and any other bundled services such as Org maintenance, Org documentation, process mapping support, process compliance and versioning.

Inside Elements we track licensing and payment at both the domain and Space level, so you can use different approaches with different clients.

Licensing

In terms of your project(s), you will normally have one work Space per client.

Your Consulting Licence allows you to run as many client spaces as you want, with as many users are useful for the project.

When a client wants to license Elements, the principles are as follows. (as detailed on the standard pricing page)

Unlimited Licences

The standard model for clients to purchase Elements is based on the size of the Org in terms of core salesforce and platform licences

Focus on maximizing the Salesforce ROI and reducing the time to value on your current projects, not managing Elements license limits. Deliver more value from Salesforce faster.
