On a PC it is what it says: a right mouse click.

Mac

However, if you are a Mac user, the right mouse click is called "secondary click". The trackpads and mice can be configured in different ways, so it does not have to be clicking on the right. Often it is set up as two finger click. You can set this up in the Mac System Preferences.
