December 2017 release

Highlights: 

  • Homepage: We introduced a new homepage design which displays followed & favorite items and informs you of any new changes or comments. 

  • Reporting: We improved reporting by introducing a consistent framework and ability to access up to 10 reports at any time you want.

  • GDPR: We further improved our GDPR proposition by introducing notification for Ref model owners when a new GDPR field is added.

  • Salesforce Config Manager: We enhanced our Salesforce integration to allow you to see which users have access to particular Salesforce field based on profiles & permissions.

November 2017 release

Highlights: 

  • Change log on diagrams: Use our new Changelog functionality to record and view process diagram changes over time.

  • Requirements & stories: We made it easier to create requirements and stories by allowing you to mass-import them using a CSV file.

  • Salesforce Config Manager: You can now connect your Elements Catalyst space to both your Salesforce Production and Sandbox Orgs.

  • Attachments: We listened to your suggestions and allowed to select and copy text from a note when in view mode. 

  • Salesforce Config Manager: We added summary information for different node types so that you can better understand the scope of data in your Salesforce org. 

  • Copy drill down: Reuse drill downs or even create a new separate process map from a drill down diagram using a new import/export drill down functionality.

Highlights: 

  • GDPR: We improved our GDPR proposition by introducing GDPR status donut chart for all nodes in the Ref Model to allow you to easily evaluate the state of your GDPR compliance. We also introduced  a Smart Salesforce GDPR sync so that data in your Salesforce Ref Model is checked for potential personal information fields.
